It's not the bronchial tree. Russian surgeons found an actual plant growing inside a man's lungs which was thought to be a carcinoma. It is believed that the man inhaled a tiny seed which germinated in the lungs. It caused severe pain and the surgeons decided to operate and there was a surprise for them. Lol.
