A farewell gift

Sorry Mr. Bush, you certainly deserved more than this. This Iraqi journalist called him a dog and said that it's a farewell gift for Mr. Bush who had come to visit Iraq for the last time before his tenure ends. He got thousands of people killed in Iraq and couldn't even justify it. Called it an 'intelligence failure', a mistake you know. I'm in search of an interview in which Bush, when asked that how much he feels responsible for the current circumstances of the world, replied something like this: 'In the coming times, people will come to know that many decisions were made ten to eleven years before my holding the office.'
